Salary guide

Gross salary is the amount before employee deductions. Take-home pay is what remains after statutory contributions, tax deductions and any company-specific deductions.

EPF supports retirement savings, while SOCSO and EIS provide different forms of social protection. PCB is a monthly tax deduction that contributes toward the year's income tax.

Payroll values may differ slightly from simple percentage estimates because official contribution schedules, rounding and personal tax details apply.
